Pradip Malaviya began his journey as a student with a strong curiosity for technology, computers, and web design. His early learning introduced him to practical, skill-based education and helped him build a strong technical foundation. This experience also sparked his interest in teaching, mentoring, and helping others grow through meaningful learning.
After building a strong foundation in web design, Pradip Malaviya took his first professional step into teaching in 2009. He began training students in web design while taking on team responsibilities, turning his own learning experience into practical guidance for others. This marked the beginning of his journey in education, leadership, and student development.
As Academic Director, Pradip Malaviya took on broader responsibilities in academic operations, curriculum development, and faculty coordination. He focused on building practical learning systems, strengthening teaching practices, and aligning education with real-world industry requirements.
Stepping into a senior leadership position, Pradip Malaviya took on greater responsibility for academic strategy, faculty development, and institutional growth. His role expanded toward shaping long-term academic vision and building stronger, industry-ready education systems.
