When I joined Red & White in May 2023 as a Tele Counsellor, I was excited but also a little nervous. Everything was new for me, but my seniors and teammates always supported me and helped me learn. Step by step, I started gaining confidence and taking on more responsibilities. In February 2025, I was promoted to Team Coordinator. Today, I lead the Central Tele Calling team of 15 members, and it feels really special when I look back at where I started. This journey has taught me that if you are willing to learn and give your best, the right opportunities will always come. My journey with Red & White started in 2016 as a Receptionist. For almost seven years, I travelled every day from Navsari to Surat because I believed that hard work would one day bring new opportunities. During this journey, I grew from Receptionist to Counsellor and then Senior Counsellor.
When Red & White opened its Navsari branch, I was given the opportunity to become a Working Partner. It was a proud moment because I became the first female Working Partner in the organization. Today, I work as a Senior Manager, handling two branches. Looking back, every long journey, every challenge, and every effort was worth it. What are the working days?
Our standard working days are Monday to Saturday. However, working days may vary depending on the department. For Faculty, the 2nd and 4th Saturdays are half-day working days, as per the applicable policy.
What are the working hours?
Working hours vary based on the department and designation. We have multiple work schedules, including 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with fixed or flexible working hours depending on the role.
Do you provide training to new employees?
Yes. All new employees receive induction and role-specific training
