That question brought together over 1,000 students, 100+ faculty members, and some of India's accomplished industry leaders under one roof for an experience that was far more than an event—it was a conversation between education and the future.

Every year, thousands of students graduate with dreams of working at organizations like Google, Oracle, Philips, Suzuki, or building successful businesses of their own.

Yet very few truly understand what these organizations expect from the people they hire.

Technical knowledge may help someone qualify for an interview.

But mindset, adaptability, communication, problem-solving, and continuous learning determine who gets hired—and who grows.

FutureForward 2.0 was designed to bridge that gap.

The event began with a simple yet elegant inauguration.

As our distinguished guests were introduced, students welcomed them with enthusiastic applause before the traditional Deep Prajwalan (Lamp Lighting Ceremony) symbolized the beginning of a day dedicated to knowledge, growth, and inspiration.

Throughout the event, students weren't passive listeners.

They asked questions.

They challenged assumptions.

They wanted to know:

• How did you reach Google?
• What does Oracle really look for while hiring?
• Is the market becoming more competitive?
• Which three to five skills are absolutely non-negotiable?
• What should we start doing today?

These weren't ordinary questions.

They were questions asked by students who wanted direction.

And the speakers answered them with complete honesty.

One of the most memorable moments came when Mr. Chirag Nakrani, Founder of Rayzon Solar, took the stage.

He didn't begin with success.

He began with struggle.

He spoke about uncertainty.

Failures.

Difficult decisions.

The moments when giving up seemed easier than moving forward.

Yet he continued.

Today, Rayzon Solar stands as a multinational brand.

Students didn't just hear a business story.

They witnessed what resilience looks like.

It was a reminder that careers aren't built because everything goes according to plan.

They're built because people refuse to quit when nothing goes according to plan.

Behind Every Successful Event Is an Invisible Team

When people see a successful event, they see the lights.

The stage.

The speakers.

The audience.
What they don't see are the 30+ days of preparation, countless planning meetings, revisions, rehearsals, and coordination.

More than 50 team members, supported by 100+ faculty members and 15+ student volunteers, worked tirelessly to make FutureForward 2.0 a reality.

There were challenges.

Heavy rainfall.

Travel coordination for speakers arriving from Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, and other cities.

Managing logistics for over a thousand students.

Ensuring every guest felt welcomed.

Ensuring every student left inspired.

Every challenge reminded us why teamwork matters.

A Room Full of Possibilities

Students from Animation, Design, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Business Administration & Commerce shared the same auditorium.

Different disciplines.

Different ambitions.

One common purpose.

To become future-ready.

The panel discussions led by Chakshu Adani, Mohit Savalya, and Piyush Nakrani further connected industry expectations with classroom learning, encouraging students to think critically about their careers and the skills needed to thrive.

For many students, this wasn't just another seminar.

It was the first time they had spoken directly with professionals from global organizations.

Sometimes, a single conversation changes the direction of an entire career.

When Learning Leaves the Classroom

FutureForward 2.0 didn't end when the final session concluded.

It continued in the conversations students had afterwards.

In the notes they took home.

In the questions they asked themselves.

In the goals they set for the future.
