Overview
Red & White Group of Institutes offers a variety of courses in the fields of IT, Multimedia (Designing & Development), and Fashion. We have a dedicated Training & Placement (T&P) Cell that assists students in securing dream jobs and supports companies in finding potential candidates for their requirements. While we are not a placement consultancy, we are committed to providing necessary support and assistance at no additional charge.
Company Registration and Requirements
- Companies must first register on the T&P Department’s requirement portal.
- Once registered, companies can post their job requirements.
- The T&P Cell will organize interviews within 7 working days based on the suitability of time and other parameters.
Placement Process and Responsibilities
- Student Placement Details: Companies must regularly update the T&P Cell on student placement details, including:
- Student’s absence on the interview day
- Selection results
- Any future updates regarding the student’s behaviour and punctuality
- Campus Interviews: Companies with more than 7 vacancies can apply for campus interviews, allowing them to visit the institute for the selection process.
- Offer Letters: After the selection of candidates, companies must issue offer/joining letters to the selected students.
- Candidate Decision: The final decision on accepting a job offer rests with the candidate.
- Use of Logos and Partnerships: The institute may use the logo of placement partner companies and list them as partners. We may also arrange visits for future students to these companies for practical knowledge. Partner companies may be requested to conduct expert sessions to share advanced knowledge with students.
- Course Completion: If a student is selected while their course is ongoing, the company must accommodate the student’s job hours to align with their lecture timings.
- Experience and Feedback: Companies are encouraged to provide feedback and share their experiences through video reviews sent via email.
