Terms & Conditions For Students

Terms & Conditions For Offline Students

  • By enrolling in this course, students agree to abide by all current and future rules, regulations, and policies set forth by the institute and government authorities. They understand that provisional admission is contingent upon approval from institute administrators and compliance with local and national laws.
  • If enrollment is revoked for any reason, students will not seek damages or compensation from the institution. Upon successful completion, they will receive certification from the Red & White Institute.
  • Students acknowledge that institute administrators have full discretion to assign them to a class section, determine class sizes, and alter schedules when necessary for operational reasons or curriculum changes.
  • Students agree to provide advance notice if they need to miss class time and understand it is their responsibility alone to learn any material missed.
  • Enrollment eligibility is restricted to students aged 15-30. The institute will disclose fees and study-related information only to admitted students. Enrollment is valid for the duration of the selected course; the institute may slightly shorten or extend the term.
  • To receive a certificate upon course completion, students must maintain a minimum attendance of 90% throughout the academic term and ensure the timely submission of all assigned projects.
  • I acknowledge that for placement support eligibility, I must demonstrate a commendable overall performance of at least 80% throughout my academic tenure or exhibit exemplary achievement in final examinations and projects. To achieve such performance, it is indispensable to have consistent hands-on practice. Therefore, having a personal laptop or PC at home is essential, as it enables regular practice beyond classroom hours and significantly contributes to skill improvement and readiness for placement opportunities.
  • Some tools or programming languages included in the course curriculum may be covered only through introductory sessions or overviews. Detailed instructions for these components may not be provided in full during the course. Students are expected to take responsibility for their own learning and engage in self-directed study to gain proficiency in these areas by using their own devices from home, with guidance and support available as needed.
  • If a student chooses to use their personal laptop or device in our premises for course activities, it is the student’s responsibility to ensure that all required software, tools, or platforms are properly installed and functional. For any premium or licensed software, students must obtain their own licenses or subscriptions. Wherever applicable, students may opt to use free student versions. However, the responsibility for acquiring, activating, and maintaining access to such tools rests entirely with the student.
  • Certification will be graded based on project work and exams during the course. Students will receive a certificate aligned with their actual course length. Published fees only include training, curriculum materials, and the Red & White certificate. Any additional services or materials will require separate payment.
  • Students consent to the institute using their placement details to showcase career outcomes, whether obtained through the institute’s job search services or their own efforts.
  • Students understand they may be expelled without notice and forfeit all fees paid if they exhibit disruptive, dangerous, or unethical conduct, including ragging/hazing of other students. They acknowledge that ragging is a punishable criminal offence. Students agree to compensate the institute for any damage or loss of Institute property caused by their negligence, as determined by administrators. They will follow all instructions from department heads and staff.
  • The institute is not liable for any incidents, misrepresentations, or interactions that occur outside of institute supervision, including social media activity, transportation, unofficial events, etc. Students are solely responsible for managing interpersonal issues with colleagues.
  • When enrolling, students agree to regularly attend classes, submit assignments, and make timely tuition payments according to the instalment schedule. Failure to fulfil these obligations can result in serious consequences, such as being dropped from courses or having one’s enrollment canceled entirely. Specifically, if after repeated notifications a student still does not pay the required fees or complete necessary paperwork like cancellation forms, the administration reserves the right to terminate their admission by waiting for 15 days. On the 15th day, the Institute will give an email notice for 7 days; post-completion of 7 days, it will automatically be considered as terminated. The institution bears no liability in such cases. Likewise, if a student opts to discontinue their studies prematurely, they are liable to pay the full remaining tuition fees for that academic year or program before they can be issued certificates or other documents submitted during enrollment. This applies even for package deals with bundled courses. If the main course is cancelled, fees for any additional courses must still be paid in full.
  • Before admitting, students are expected to carefully review all rules around certification, curriculum, program details, campus locations, and additional commitments in writing if needed.
  • If the course level changes, whether upgraded or downgraded, any scholarship funding that was received will no longer apply.
  • Any legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Surat courts exclusively, and the Institute’s decision on matters concerning current or former students remains final.
  • Policies are subject to change at the institution’s discretion, and enrollees are responsible for regularly checking the website for the latest version.
  • By accepting admission, students agree to abide by the policies in place at that time.
  • Registration fees are only accepted in cash or online, not through the EMI facility.
  • Students are responsible for collecting and verifying their payment receipts before leaving the admission office to ensure no discrepancies.
  • If students use a third-party app to pay their instalments, they are accountable for any additional fees charged by that service.
  • Ultimately, any refunds will adhere to the institute’s refund policy terms.

Fees Refund Policy:

1. The overarching rule is that a processing fee of Rs. 5,000 will be deducted from all refunds, in addition to the cost of any completed course syllabus. To be eligible for a refund, students must have paid fees exceeding Rs. 5,000.

2. The refund percentages vary based on the timing of the withdrawal. Students who withdraw within the first 15 days from the admission or lecture starting date (whichever comes first) will receive a 100% refund of the remaining fees after the processing fee and completed course costs are deducted. This 15-day period includes any free courses taken as part of the main course enrollment.

3. Students who withdraw between 16 and 30 days after admission/lecture start date are eligible for a 50% refund of remaining fees, again after deductions as mentioned above.

4. No refunds will be given for withdrawals more than 30 days after admission. Additionally, fees cannot be transferred between courses or departments.

5. The refund policy only applies to the first instalment paid after admission. Any subsequent instalments are non-refundable.

6. The refund policy does not apply to single-course admissions.

NOTE: The institute aims to incentivise early withdrawals, if necessary, by offering full or partial refunds for a limited time, while also recouping any administrative costs and fees for learning completed before withdrawal.

NSDC Certification Terms & Conditions:

  •  The student’s Aadhaar details will be directly fetched and submitted to the NSDC portal. The student must ensure that Aadhaar information is accurate and up to date.
  •  Course details available on the RW Learning Management System (LMS) at the time of enrollment will be reflected on the NSDC portal accordingly.
  •  If a student changes, cancels, downgrades, or terminates the course during the program, the student will not be eligible for the NSDC certificate.
  •  In the case of a course upgrade, the student will be eligible only for the certificate of the originally enrolled course.
  •  Regular attendance is mandatory. Excessive absences or placing the course on hold may result in ineligibility for certification.
  •  Timely submission of projects is required. Student performance and progress on the RW LMS will be shared with NSDC and will impact the assessment and final grade.
  •  Completion of all required assessments is compulsory. Failure to complete assessments may lead to disqualification from NSDC certification.
  •  The final grade on the NSDC certificate will be based on LMS performance, attendance, course duration, and overall academic performance. The grade uploaded to the NSDC portal will be considered final.
  •  The NSDC certification process may take time. Students are expected to wait until all requirements are verified and processed by NSDC.
  •  In the event of a branch change, NSDC registration will remain with the originally registered branch. Enrollment and certification cannot be transferred to another branch under NSDC guidelines.
  •  Personal details of the student will be shared with NSDC solely for certification and reporting purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection policies.
  •  NSDC will issue the certificate only upon successful fulfilment of all course requirements, assessments, and performance standards.
  •  The course name will be printed on the certificate exactly as per the NSDC-approved course name, which may be different from the RW course name.
  •  NSDC will not issue certificates for two courses running at the same time for the same student.

Terms & Conditions For Online Students

  • By enrolling in any online course offered by Red & White Skill Online, operated by Red & White Education Private Limited (“RW Institute”), the student agrees to follow all rules, academic guidelines, code of conduct, payment terms, and instructions issued by RW Institute from time to time through the website, LMS, email, WhatsApp groups, or any official communication channel. Admission once confirmed is personal to the student and is non-transferable under any circumstances.

  • The student clearly understands that the fees paid are strictly for course training and academic learning only. The course fee covers access to online classes (live or recorded), learning materials, LMS access, assignments, projects, and assessments related to the enrolled course. The course fee does not include charges for additional activities such as placement support, placement preparation, competitions, events, expert sessions, workshops, alumni activities, entrepreneurship programs, freelancing guidance, or career development initiatives. These activities are provided voluntarily by RW Institute without charging any separate fee and are not part of the paid academic services.

  • Till the successful completion of the enrolled course, the learner shall be treated as a Red & White Skill Online student. After completion of the course, the learner shall be considered a Red & White Skill Online alumni. RW Institute may, at its discretion, organise or facilitate certain activities for its alumni, including placement or re-placement support, placement preparation sessions, expert talks, industry interactions, entrepreneurship sessions, freelancing guidance, competitions, events, or alumni meetups. The student understands that all alumni-related activities are goodwill initiatives, subject to eligibility, availability, internal policies, and may be modified, postponed, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

  • If a student’s admission is terminated for any reason, including misconduct, academic indiscipline, payment default, violation of policies, or misuse of systems, etc., the student shall not be treated as an RW Institute alumni and shall not be eligible for any alumni benefits, placement support, re-placement assistance, or post-course activities. RW Institute shall have no further obligation toward such student beyond the termination date.

  • The student acknowledges that RW Institute does not provide any guarantee of job placement, salary, employment, income, or career outcome. Placement support, wherever provided, is only a supportive facility intended to assist eligible students and does not form part of the paid course services. Eligibility for placement support depends on factors such as market requirement, minimum attendance, academic performance, discipline, completion of course requirements, and fulfilment of internal placement criteria (80% Attendance, 80% Academic Performance), if applicable.

  • All hiring decisions are made solely by third-party employers. RW Institute is not responsible for employer selection or rejection, job role, salary structure, employment terms, work environment, continuation of employment, or termination by the employer. Any dispute between the student and the employer shall be resolved directly between them, and RW Institute shall not be a party to such disputes.

  • Each student is allowed to maintain only one account on the RW Institute online platform and may access the account on only one device. Account sharing, resale of access, unauthorised use, or allowing any third party to access the account is strictly prohibited. The student is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities carried out through the account. Any misuse, sharing, or security breach may result in immediate termination of admission without refund.

  • Course access is limited to the official course duration, along with access to recorded content for up to twelve (12) months after course completion, unless otherwise specified by RW. Course access is provided as a conditional facility and may be modified, restricted, suspended, or revoked in case of violation of rules, academic misconduct, payment default, or breach of these terms. The student shall not claim lifetime access under any circumstances.

  • Online learning requires active participation, self-discipline, and consistent effort from the student. The student understands that learning outcomes may vary depending on individual background, learning capacity, attention, practice, and personal commitment. Difficulty in understanding the course content, finding the course challenging, differences in teaching pace, or dissatisfaction with teaching style shall not be treated as a deficiency of service.

  • The student further acknowledges that courses are delivered in a predefined language or language mix (such as English, Hindi, or Hinglish), as determined by RW. Faculty communication style, accent, pronunciation, teaching method, and delivery approach may vary from instructor to instructor. Any mismatch in language preference, accent, pace, or teaching style is subjective in nature and shall not be considered a valid reason for refund, batch change, course hold, or termination of course obligations.

  • RW Institute does not provide any course pause, deferment, or temporary hold facility at the request of the student once the batch has commenced. The course shall continue as per the defined schedule.

  • Any absence due to personal reasons, health issues, work commitments, financial delay, or any other circumstance shall be the sole responsibility of the student. RW Institute shall not be obligated to extend the course duration, repeat live sessions, reschedule classes, or provide additional academic support for missed lectures.

  • Students are required to maintain a minimum of ninety percent (90%) attendance and eighty percent (80%) of performance, attend sessions regularly, submit assignments and projects within prescribed timelines, and strictly follow examination rules and academic integrity guidelines. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, proxy attendance, or academic dishonesty may lead to disciplinary action.

  • Failure to maintain academic discipline or repeated non-compliance may result in disqualification from certification, loss of Alumni support eligibility, suspension of services, or termination of admission. RW’s decision in academic evaluation and disciplinary matters shall be final and binding, and the student agrees not to dispute such decisions.

  • RW Institute accepts course fees through one-time full payment, in-house EMI, or EMI via finance partners or authorised loan partners. By opting for EMI, the student agrees to follow the payment schedule and related terms. In case of in-house EMI default, a grace period of seven (7) days shall be provided. If payment is not received within the grace period, RW Institute may issue a warning, place the account on access hold, and, in case of continued default, terminate the admission.

  • During any access hold period caused by EMI default, leave, or absence for any personal reason, the student shall have access only to recorded sessions. Live classes, faculty interaction, doubt-solving sessions, and alumni support shall remain suspended during the hold period. RW Institute is not responsible for missed classes or learning gaps arising due to payment default or personal absence.

  • A one hundred percent (100%) refund of the course tuition fee, excluding the registration or admission fee, is permitted only if a written refund request is raised within seven (7) days from the official batch start date. The registration or admission fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. After seven (7) days from batch start, no refund shall be provided for any reason, including dissatisfaction, non-attendance, personal issues, technical issues, or change of plans.

  • RW Institute may record live sessions, chats, group communications, calls with counsellors or support teams, LMS activity, attendance logs, and exam monitoring. Such recordings and logs may be used for academic quality control, compliance monitoring, disciplinary action, dispute resolution, or legal purposes. By enrolling in the course, the student provides consent for such recording and monitoring.

  • All course content, videos, recordings, materials, notes, presentations, and learning resources provided by RW Institute remain the exclusive intellectual property of RW. Copying, recording, sharing, distributing, uploading, or commercial use of any content without prior permission is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of admission and legal action.

  • RW Institute reserves the right to immediately terminate admission without refund in cases including, but not limited to, account sharing or piracy, abusive or threatening behavior, submission of false information or impersonation, payment fraud or chargeback misuse, repeated indiscipline, public defamation or damage to RW’s reputation, or any act that harms RW’s systems, intellectual property, commercial interests, or legal standing. Upon termination, all course access, certifications, placement support, and alumni benefits shall stand cancelled.

  • RW Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s admission at any time, without providing prior clarification or explanation, if the student’s past history, conduct, behavior, or any activity (whether during or prior to the course) is found to be inappropriate. Such termination may be based on internal review or information available with RW, and the decision of RW Institute in this regard shall be final and binding.

  • The student understands that RW Institute shall not be responsible for job outcomes, salary expectations, technical issues, internet disruptions, device compatibility issues, third-party platforms, or any indirect or consequential losses. In any event, the maximum liability of RW Institute for any claim arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed ₹1,000.

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Surat shall have exclusive jurisdiction. RW Institute reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and publication of updated terms on the website or LMS shall be considered a valid legal notice. Continued use of RW Institute services after such updates shall be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

  • RW Institute shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay, disruption, suspension, or failure in providing services due to events beyond its reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, internet or platform outages, server failures, power disruptions, faculty unavailability due to illness or emergency, changes in laws or regulations, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or any other force majeure circumstances. During such events, RW Institute may modify schedules, reschedule sessions, temporarily suspend services, or make necessary operational changes without any obligation to provide refunds or compensation.

  • The student agrees that only the written Terms & Conditions, official policy documents, and written communications issued by RW Institute shall be considered valid and binding. Any verbal communication, assurance, representation, or statement made by counsellors, staff members, marketing materials, advertisements, or third parties shall not create any obligation and shall not override the written policies of RW Institute. In case of any conflict or misunderstanding between verbal communication and written Terms & Conditions, the written Terms & Conditions in the official document shall always prevail.

  • If the student has any questions, doubts, or requires any clarification, explanation, or interpretation regarding these Terms & Conditions, the student is advised to contact RW Institute in writing at info@rwskill.online. All queries related to policies, rules, payments, academics, or services shall be addressed only through this official email communication.
